Sophie and Madeleine... both 'on the chart' as of their last doctor's appointment! Yessssss!

Towels or rags that are used to clean the floor do NOT promptly, or ever, end up sitting on the counter or table. {Ahem, Mar... okay, I won't point a finger.}

Applications, of any sort, stress me out. Big time. I stay up late. I fret. I re-read. I write to much. I re-read (we're talking even the address section).

Has been LOVERLY weather here. Thank you! I'm the cool mama who took my kids out to the playground and to walk around and meet Marc at the metro... between 5-6 pm. In the dark. With glow sticks. Aw yeah.

Oooooon the other hand. Just got down on my hands and knees and cleaned my kitchen floor. Let's just say, I know why my kids have such strong immune systems. After crawling around on my floors they can withstand any virus! Good mom? Bad mom? Yeaaaaaah.

I am making a Mauritian salad tonight that involves boiled carrots and potatoes. Do you peel your carrots? Peel potatoes? I once had a mission companion (from the island) who said I was murdering... yes, murdering, the carrots because I peeled them. And then she didn't peel her potatoes. It was a cultural awakening.

Sophie walks across the room! On her own! And loves it! We love it!

I had my first parent-teacher conference today. Well, it was a phone chat with the teachers at her daycare. It was pretty fun to hear how the teachers perceive her. I'm just so glad she likes where she is. We're growing up!
