Ha! I just found this in the draft section of my blog... unfinished... Seems I could not even think of 32 awesome things to do. That's how old I am. I have so much to do in life. Thank goodness!

  4. Happy belated! I love that a lot of your challenges are for a week. This is revolutionary to me! It gives a small attainable goal, that can be repeated again and again. And frankly in my case tried again and again if one does not succeed initially. How many people would actually be healthier if they were challenged to go to the gym for a week versus everyday indefinitely? Genius. The same with the sweets- When I first read it I thought 'I would FAIL that one!' but when I saw,
'for a week'- I was challenged-not defeated before I even started. You Mylady (I've been watching tons of Downton Abbey, latley) are an inspiration. Smooches!
