Celebrate the little things

I'm amazing! Or at least that's how I feel after I've done what I did last night. Basically, I got home from work, fixed *lasagna!* (no small feat when it's as delicious as I made it) and cleaned the entire kitchen. I know that for many of you this is an every day occurrence, but I like to celebrate the little things. Especially if I haven't done something in a long while... like fix dinner. :) I wish I had a picture of my lasagna. It was beautiful. AND we've been eating fresh corn on the cob... delicious!! I've had a cob every day for lunch and two for dinner last night! I'm kind of an extremist.

P.S. How is everyone pronouncing "extremist"? I've been using a short 'e' sound, like *ex-trem-ist,* but everyone else at work pronounces it as *ex-trEEm-ist.* Is this because I never used the word until Schar started using it? And he's from Switzerland and so his accent may have influenced my own???

  4. i believe it was on our hike up Colorado in Reunion when you donned my black wrap and put on sunglasses... then we all agreed that you looked like an 'extremist'... i actually think you were brandishing (these are a lot of big, high-school preppy words for you to look up, Schar :)) Sampson's machete at the time too... just completing an 'extremist' look.
