Well, unlike my first pregnancy where I without fail photographed my belly each month, this expanding waistline has been met with more reticence. Don't get me wrong, I love being pregnant. But somedays I feel huge, and other days I feel right on track. It is so interesting how a baby even fits inside a body, really. I'm still amazed. Where do all my organs go? In any case, this little baby girl fetus, like her older sibling, likes to ride low. But unlike Madeleine she likes to kick me in the right side, protruding way around my waist, and she constantly flips around and around! She's active. I always have to reminder her to "simmer down!" Well, here's to 35 weeks! The second ultrasound I had last week puts me more at 33 weeks, but hey, who really knows these things, right? We'll stick with the Nov. 12th due date and not the ultrasound tech's Nov. 24th (Marc's b-day!) prediction. Despite the loyalty to the date, Marc and I feel very unsure about when she'll arrive. We're excited for whenever that may be, though!!! Here's a picutre of me at 35 weeks. At Gettysburg.

Natalie! You look adorable! I understand the huge feeling, but always love seeing pregnant women--they are always beautiful! As you are! Enjoy your last weeks and a fun day when she finally comes!!
ReplyDeleteNo need to feel self-consious. You look fabuleuse!
ReplyDeleteYou look great and still pretty small especially considering how petite you are to begin with. :) I didn't know you were having a girl! How fun! It will be nice for Madeleine to have a little playmate. Good luck with the end of your pregnancy. I can't wait to see pictures of your new little one next month.
ReplyDeleteYou look great! I hope the pregnancy continues to go so well!
