* I am in love with watching Madeleine sleep. I just don't think anything is more adorable and sweet. Particularly now that she has FINALLY taken a pacifier. It has such a calming effect on her! Oh paci, where have you been these past four months?
* I recently watched (re-watched really) Sense and Sensibility. Now a conundrum faces my thoughts: Which is better? Pride and Prejudice or Sense and Sensibility? Both sooo good.
* I have been particularly joyful over the leaves, the swirling, crunchy leaves as Madeleine and I go for walks, the spinning of leaves falling and careening toward my windshield when I drive. Ahhh... Autumn how I love thee.
*I have really been feeling good about the PhD thing. Not only do I like my profs and even find the topics less boring than I anticipated, but I am also doing well. I am understanding, yea, even mastering the material! Marc says that this should be since I already have a Master's in the same field, but I was worried. Legitimately worried about getting back into the school-grind? Who knows. But it is nice to feel confident while learning.
* I love this scene from Arrested Development. All the chicken impersonations. Hilarious! Fast forward about 2/3 through to get to the really good part.
* I am feeling great distress over voting. Who? Who?

Oh, I can relate to so many of your commentaries. I LOVE Arrested Development, we're in the middle of the series now! And I feel the same about fall, so many good things about it, I only wish it lasted longer. And I get a headache when I think about the elections. I love your blogs!
