25th: I am grateful for the humor of children! They are so funny! Seriously. The things that come out of 3.5 year old Madeleine's mouth, or any toddler for that matter. They are strange, hilarious beings! I love that she can make me laugh every day.
26th: I am grateful for music. Music really makes me feel SOMETHING. It really can lift me up, make me think higher thoughts. It makes me move. It makes me happy. Or thoughtful. Powerful.
27th: So grateful for where we live. Have I mentioned this before? Tonight I looked out my window and saw the moon reflecting in the little pond outside. Yes, we rent, but we have a good landlady and our apartment is our home.
28th: I often think back and am grateful for the first three months Marc and I spent together as a married couple. We were in Cameroon, West Africa. Away from it ALL. Except the church. And each other. That was a cherished, memorable experience. I think it helped to shape and lay a foundation for our marriage that was strong, that was what we needed. So grateful that it worked out the way it did.
